In 1991, active shareholders, having put in just a few hundred rubles each, founded the limited liability company Veikla and started trading in raw materials. The energy of the partners was evident; in 1992, the first grocery store was opened in Kėdainiai, and a small chain of shops was established in other towns in the district.
